Slime Factory (GMTK 2026)
This is one of two projects I worked on and submitted for the GMTK 2026 Game Jam. It’s a small top-down puzzle game where player movement is tied to a counter. Whenever you move, the counter counts down, and if it runs out, you can no longer move.
This game was developed in 1 day, thus it is very short, but please follow the page for updates and stay tuned for more levels, also please excuse and report any design issues, unadjusted UI elements, loud volumes or other bugs you may encounter.

I’m looking forward to your feedback!
Controls:
Arrow Keys/WASD: Movement
Space: Leave a dummy clone
R: Restart level
N: Next stage (when you complete a stage)
Gameplay:
- Walk around using W, A, S, D or the Arrow Keys.
- You have limited Goop (your actions/moves) as shown in the top right counter.
- You leave a trail of slime behind you when you move; moving on the trail doesn't consume Goop.
- With Space you can leave a clone behind which interacts with objects, clones use 2 Goops.
- Watch out for the Roombas and other hazards! Roombas also clear your clones and trails.
- Roombas can interact with interactables such as buttons, doors and crumbling floors
- Restart level with R.
